Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This fully air-conditioned, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome, just steps from the private beach and heated pool.
Main Floor:
Spacious open-concept living area with brand-new wood floors, a large Smart TV, and plenty of seating. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and opens to a dining area that seats 12. Step out to the lower balcony with a Weber natural gas grill and outdoor dining for 8. A half bath is also located on this level.
Second Floor:
Primary bedroom with king bed, en suite bathroom, Smart TV, brand-new AC, and private balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool.
Second bedroom with two twin beds, Smart TV, AC, and a cozy window seat with courtyard views.
Hallway includes a full bathroom with tub/shower and in-unit washer & dryer.
Third Floor:
Third bedroom with king bed, AC, and private balcony with views of Lewis Bay and Kennedy Park Beach.
Fourth Floor:
Fourth bedroom with two twin beds, Smart TV, AC, and Lewis Bay views.
Rooftop Balcony:
Private rooftop deck with panoramic water views, seating for 8, and multiple tables — perfect for sunbathing, sunset drinks, or relaxing under the stars.
Central air on the main level, ductless mini-split AC in all bedrooms, plus board games, puzzles, and playing cards provided for your enjoyment.
Pool Hours are seasonal. Open daily July and August. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. Closed after Labor Day.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

"Liked: Cleanliness Great Location for Family Vacation! The layout of the home was perfect for 2 couples, a teenager and an infant. Clean and all the supplies we needed were there when we arrived. Property management was very helpful. Easily walkable to beach, pool, harbor and town!

"Liked: Cleanliness Location! Location! Location! I rented the condo for myself, my husband, and my son's family (him, his wife, and a 1 and 5 year old). The space was perfect for all of us. We loved being able to walk to the complexes private beach and having a large on-site pool. The location in Hyannis was perfect. The complex is adjacent to a beautiful public beach with a playscape for children, the ferry, and plenty of restaurants. Downtown Hyannis is a short walk, bike ride, or drive from the condo. We've stayed in several other areas of the Cape and this was our favorite. The only issue is the lack of parking if you have guests visiting (my daughter and her family were close by) because there's only 2 parking spaces. This may be no issue for most people. We would love to return next year
